These are tough times my friends. It is easy to panic, instead let me invite you to breath deeply and keep the word “love” at the forefront of your mind. Please wash your hands, don’t touch your face, practice social distancing but also check on your neighbours and friends. While we are not meeting in community we are a community and as a community we will get through this.
