The
children's time together starts with lighting their
own chalice and sharing their joys and concerns.
This
is followed by the day's activities which may include
crafts, singing, and learning about Unitarian values,
and about other religious festivals and practices
around the world.
Identifying
the needs of our children's spiritual development,
and focusing upon giving our children a meaningful
experience here at our "Capital" congregation,
we endeavor to teach our children a free, open and
non-dogmatic faith based upon the Seven Principles
of Unitarian Universalism in their terms:
