Renewing Ourselves and Each Other

---is the title of the two day workshop that took place last November. The presentations were made by our members Ben Dolf, Amanda Tarling, Alan Merson, Mary Lane, Muriel Buchner, and Anna Isaacs who led a walk around the local labyrinth.

We had an opportunity to share our personal fears, to experience chanting, to explore personal relationships, to engage in guided meditation and to learn more of the history of music and to enjoy listening to several selections.

Perhaps similar activities can happen in the future.
