January 11th, 2015: Ancestor Remembrance Part One with Jean-Claude Catry and Dennis Lucarelli

The process reconnects us with the wisdom of our personal ancestors which helps reconnect to self, each other, and the natural world.  Everyone will be invited to share a personal favourite food or dish (the “supper) as we collectively explore about our family lines while talking of an object handed down, our personal experiences, or perhaps a song or other remembrance, we see patterns and traits we have inherited and we aim to reverse the amnesia of hidden historical griefs, traumas and disconnections that accumulate, residing in our collective unconscious and contributing to a prevalent lack of empathy in modern cultures.  The remembering process is one common across most cultures which has been discarded by the modern world.
