Our first and most challenging principle is; “The inherent worth and dignity of every person”. Is everyone inherently worthy? Where is dignity lost? How can we follow our first Principle in difficult times? The first in an eight homily series looking at our Unitarian Principles and Sources and our own spiritual practice. Each of these eight services will feature a spiritual practice that is reflective of our seven principles.
What do you live by: the golden rule, the truth, spiritual principles, inner wisdom, direction from the divine or something else entirely? This year join Amanda to delve deeply into Principles to live by. Eight monthly worship services (October to May) designed to challenge and inspire. Services will include practical ideas to carry the ideas into your own spiritual practice.
Everyone is welcome to come to any or all of the Discovery Circles scheduled.
Discovery services are led by Amanda Tarling of the Capital UU Congregation in Victoria BC.
